H730 requires two steps: enable JBOD on the controller, then set each
UGood drive to JBOD state. Without both, drives show in perccli but
are invisible to lsblk/the OS. Also skip Onln drives (OS RAID members).

The hardcoded dl.dell.com tarball URL is stale and returns a redirect.
Suggest 'apt install perccli' first (available in Proxmox repos), then
fall back to manual .deb download via dell.com/support with service tag.

BIOS.StorageSettings.HddSeq no longer exists on R730xd firmware 2.19+.
Update --idrac mode to print a clear explanation instead of failing,
and update docs to skip Layer 1 and go straight to the Linux systemd service.

PVE9 uses .sources (DEB822 format) not .list files for enterprise repos.
Update distro codename from bookworm to trixie, add ceph-squid
no-subscription repo, and disable both .sources and .list variants
to cover all cases.

VT for Direct I/O toggle and Hard Disk Drive Sequencing were removed
from BIOS 2.19+; VT-d is enabled by default. Add dmesg verification
step and clarify C-states should be disabled. Remove outdated note
pointing users to a nonexistent menu option.

- "VT for Direct I/O" → "Virtualization Technology for Direct I/O" (same page, scroll down)
- "Power Management" top-level category → "System Profile Settings"
- "Power Management Policy: Performance" → set System Profile to Custom, then CPU Power Management to Maximum Performance
- Add inline note so future readers know why the labels differ from older docs
