docs: fix apt repo setup for Proxmox 9 (trixie)
PVE9 uses .sources (DEB822 format) not .list files for enterprise repos. Update distro codename from bookworm to trixie, add ceph-squid no-subscription repo, and disable both .sources and .list variants to cover all cases. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
