Fixed critical bug where jq command was incomplete in save_config function, causing configuration save to fail with jq usage error when configuring rotation sites. Issue: The jq -n command on lines 3476-3493 had all arguments but was missing the JSON template/filter, causing jq to output its help text instead of creating the config file. Fix: Added complete JSON object template to jq command with all required fields (unit, autoswitch, enableTouch, etc.) and empty tabs array. Version bumped from 0.9.6-2 to 0.9.6-3.
