Fix step ordering: create VM 101 before adding Coral USB, expand wizard detail
Move Coral USB passthrough to after VM 101 creation. Expand VM 101 wizard to full tab-by-tab format matching VM 100 with NUMA, ballooning disabled, VirtIO-GPU, and security VLAN network settings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
