Update VM wizard docs with Proxmox 9 clarifications

- Graphic card: VirtIO-GPU is new name for Default in Proxmox 9
- Disk: 600 GiB, add IO thread, explain SSD emulation not needed
- Memory: disable ballooning for VM 100 (NUMA pinning), set min=max
- GPU PCI device: add ROM-Bar row, explain why it must stay checked
- OS version: 6.x kernel correct for Ubuntu 24.04
