fix(kyber-linux): correct exe name — kyber_launcher.exe not Kyber.exe

Browse Source 
The actual Kyber executable installed by the NSIS installer is
kyber_launcher.exe, not Kyber.exe. Update the find pattern and the
default fallback path accordingly.
