Fix upgrade: ensure dir exists, use sudo tee directly

- Create kiosk directory if it doesn't exist before extraction
- Use 'sudo tee' instead of 'sudo -u kiosk tee' for reliable writes
- Add line numbers to output for debugging
- chown at end fixes permissions
