apt and direct Dell URLs don't work. Working method: curl with referer header to get the RPM, convert with alien, symlink binary into PATH. Update both setup-guide and perc-nonraid.sh error message to match. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
