Document QEMU Agent and TPM fields in VM System tab

- Set Graphic card to none (GPU passthrough VM)
- Add Qemu Agent row (check it, install guest agent post-install)
- Add TPM row (unchecked, only needed for Windows 11)
- Explain each setting
