Fix cpuset values: sockets are interleaved (even=socket0, odd=socket1)

Browse Source 
The generic awk detection command produced no output on this hardware
because lscpu column layout differed. Replace with hardcoded correct
values derived from actual lscpu -e output on the R730xd.
