Fix 4 Singalong melodies for musical accuracy

Browse Source 
- Amazing Grace: corrected to proper C major pentatonic melody (G-C-E-C-E-D)
- Auld Lang Syne: fixed second half to D5-D5-C5-A4, proper F major melody
- Scarborough Fair: changed Bb4 to B4 (D Dorian mode has B natural)
- My Bonnie: complete rewrite with characteristic leaping melody and chorus
