Claude aa7950aa9e library: shelf picker in Quick Add, docs, status/ss fixes; kiosk README entry ...

- Quick Add: choose the shelf/room (Koha LOC values) once; every scanned item
gets it and the choice is remembered; invalid values are ignored
- install.sh --status shows localhost in loopback mode; port probing works
  without ss
- library/README.md; kiosk Readme.md add-on section and licenses
