notify.sh: source .env so NTFY_URL and other creds are available

Notification config (NTFY_URL, MM_NOTIFY_CHANNEL_ID, etc.) lives in .env but notify.sh was only sourcing sky-cam.conf, so notifications were silently skipped even when configured. https://claude.ai/code/session_01C4jbd3waXG3eKZYbGUjLUQ
