docs: add sync method compatibility table to README

Shows which sync methods work in which browsers:
- Sync Code, GitHub Gist, Custom URL: all browsers
- Browser account sync: Chrome and Firefox only

Auto-Sync Folder uses the File System Access API which is only available in Chrome. All other methods work in every browser.
