docs: detailed network inspection steps for Firefox, Chrome, Safari

Updated "How to verify it's working" with step-by-step instructions
for each browser showing exactly where to click:
- Firefox: F12 → Network → POST events → Request tab → expand JSON
- Chrome: F12 → Network → POST chat/events → Payload tab
- Safari: Cmd+Opt+I → Network → POST → Request

Includes what to look for (replaced data should be there, real data
should not) and what to do if verification fails.

2. **Badge count** — after sending a message, the extension icon shows a green number (e.g. "3") indicating how many substitutions were made. If you see a number, it's working.
3. **Inspect the actual network request** — this proves your real data never reaches the AI:
- Open browser DevTools (F12) → **Network** tab
- Send a message containing your real data
- Find the POST request to the AI service (e.g. `chat/completions` or `conversation`)
- Click it → **Payload** or **Request** tab
- Search for your real data — it should not be there. You should only see the replaced data.
3. **Inspect the actual network request** — this is the definitive proof that your real data never reaches the AI. The steps vary slightly by browser:
**Firefox:**
1. Press F12 to open DevTools → click the **Network** tab
2. Send a message in the AI chat that contains your real data
3. In the network log, find the row with Method **POST** and File **events** (for Claude) or **conversation** (for ChatGPT)
4. Click that row
5. Click the **Request** tab in the right panel
6. Expand the JSON: look inside `events → 0 → message → content`
7. You should see your replaced data (e.g. "Ademo Demo"), **not** your real data (e.g. "John Smith")
**Chrome / Chromium / Edge:**
1. Press F12 to open DevTools → click the **Network** tab
2. Send a message in the AI chat that contains your real data
3. In the network log, find the row with Method **POST** and Name **chat** or **events** or **conversation**
4. Click that row
5. Click the **Payload** tab in the right panel
6. Expand the request body and look for the message content
7. You should see your replaced data, **not** your real data
**Safari:**
1. Safari → Settings → Advanced → check "Show features for web developers"
2. Press Cmd+Option+I to open Web Inspector → click the **Network** tab
3. Send a message in the AI chat that contains your real data
4. Find the POST request in the network log
5. Click it → click **Request** in the detail panel
6. You should see your replaced data, **not** your real data
If your real data appears anywhere in the request body, the substitution isn't working — check that the extension is enabled and your identity is configured.
4. **Activity tab** — click the extension icon → Activity tab. Shows a timestamped log of every substitution with the original and replaced values.
