Claude 63dd22b250 docs: document working perccli install method for Proxmox ...

apt and direct Dell URLs don't work. Working method: curl with referer
header to get the RPM, convert with alien, symlink binary into PATH.
Update both setup-guide and perc-nonraid.sh error message to match.
