fix: remove iDRAC HddSeq dependency removed in BIOS 2.19+

BIOS.StorageSettings.HddSeq no longer exists on R730xd firmware 2.19+.
Update --idrac mode to print a clear explanation instead of failing,
and update docs to skip Layer 1 and go straight to the Linux systemd service.
