Restructure VM layout: VM 100=services, VM 101=Frigate, VM 102=Windows
VM 100 is now the main services VM (Ubuntu Desktop, GPU, HDDs, Immich/Jellyfin/ Audiobookshelf/NAS). VM 101 is Frigate on a security VLAN with Coral USB. VM 102 is Windows 11 for Sync.com. Updated all references throughout. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
